RESIST STANCE EXHIBITION

For a period nearing two decades, Blak Douglas & Jason Wing have been exhibiting politically charged art works. Motivated by the ongoing failure of respective Governments to fully rec-oncile the historic atrocities inflicted upon First Nations peoples of this continent.

This exhibition brings fresh light from these two Koori artists from the South East. A micro ‘survey’ show of

hand-picked works seen for the first time on Bundjalung Country. A duo protest and a resistance in the face of cultural adversity. This is a carefully curated suite of both two & three-dimensional works revisited from earlier periods of practice.
