Celebrated and prolific Indigenous artist, Blak Douglas, has won the 2019 Kilgour Art Prize in Newcastle with his powerful portrait of actress Ursula Yovich. Blak Douglas, born Adam Douglas Hill, has entered many art competitions, often reaching the finals.
